Challenge
As a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), we face limitations in sourcing materials. Consequently, most of our resources come from trainers' smartphones or users who provide us with photos and videos. We also use some free stock images and a couple of photoshoots conducted during special events.
Process
We create content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. This process is facilitated by a Social Media Manager who develops a monthly plan based on client needs. From there, I bring each idea to life using the available resources, which may involve creating static images, animations from photos or videos, illustrations, or icons as per the brand guidelines. For these designs, I use software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or, alternatively, After Effects. Trello serves as our task management platform for organization.
To streamline the process and improve efficiency, I create templates aligned with the client's graphic identity.
